Internet Sobriety
Winner of Silver Key in Scholastic Art Competition 2022
Based off of the real-world problem many of us face today, Internet Sobriety is a piece that visualizes the struggle to be free, or sober from electronics and the constant temptations we face from them.
In the person’s hands, they hold pills shaped like electricity, while hooked into many wires and surrounded by screens. This piece illustrates the choice we face when trying to return to the real world, take this hit of social media or screens again, or face the world.
This piece is an original work of art by Winter Brown. 11x14 inches colored in watercolor, lineart by pencil.
